4-Week Mat Beginner Workshop
The intensive 4-week course (twice a week for 4 weeks) is the most popular and successful workshop for beginners. It is highly recommended for students with little or no prior Pilates experience. The Mat workshop is taught in a layered format, in which students will build proper strength and gain a full understanding of the Pilates principles. Upon completion, students can continue on to the next level of CORE Mat classes. The 4-week workshop begins the first full week of each month. Pre-registration is required for this class. Space can be booked through our online schedule under WORKSHOPS.
Group Reformer Intro and Group Reformer/Chair Intro
The Reformer’s spring-loaded carriage and adjustable rope system and the Split Pedals Chair’s spring and unilateral pedal movement help to develop balance and coordination while strengthening and stretching the entire body. The Group Reformer/Chair Intro level is designed for students new to Pilates or new to the Pilates Apparatus. Students will learn the principles and exercises in a cumulative fashion in a small group of up to 5 students. All classes can be purchased and reserved through our online schedule under Group Reformer Intro or Group Reformer/Chair Intro. Once scheduled, the cancellation policy stands firm with a requested 12-hour notification.
